Shipping Costs 📦
- Free Shipping on all orders over USD $100
- Flat Rate Shipping of USD $9.99 for orders under USD $100
- All U.S. orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within the USA, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
- All international orders outside the USA are shipped directly from our New Zealand warehouse.
Order Processing Time ⏱
- Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
- US orders are shipped 7 days per week. For international orders, weekend orders are packed and shipped the following Monday.
- During storewide sales or new season launches, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days due to high order volumes.
We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to get your order out as quickly as possible!
Delivery & Tracking 🚚
- Tracking details are emailed once your order is shipped.
- We use a variety of reliable couriers to fulfil your order - please see your tracking link for specific courier info
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect delivery details.
- We can ship to FPO and APO addresses, but we do not ship to general PO Boxes – please use a residential or business address.
Important Notes
- No changes or cancellations
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If a parcel is refused at customs, it may be destroyed and will not be refunded.
- We cannot combine orders for shipping due to our fast dispatch process.
- You may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes.
- Jamie Kay is not responsible for these charges and does not offer refunds if packages are refused due to customs fees.
- If a parcel is returned due to refusal to pay duties, incorrect address, or failure to collect, we will refund the original order amount minus USD $40 to cover processing and freight costs.
- Gift Card purchases do not count toward the Free Shipping threshold. To qualify, your cart must exceed the threshold with physical products only.
